The Project

A city that plays its own waste

Rebirth imagines a near-future district built around electronic waste. Scavengers harvest discarded electronics from the streets, earn points through a city-scale game, and feed the tower at the district’s heart — where dismantling, sorting, and reclamation run as civic spectacle rather than hidden industry.

The project is told as a continuous narrative: illustrated street scenes establish the economy, the game interface shows how labor is scored, and the tower’s section reveals the machine zones where matter is taken apart and reborn. Presentation boards carry the full argument from urban scale to interior.
